WebBank Front Office Module

WebBank Front Office Module gives the bank possibility to organize the cooperation between employees, serving clients of the bank via the single application with convenient, easy web-interface and extended possibilities and control on each step of the work – client consultation, product sale, client background check, evaluation of the financial capabilities of clients, additional product orders, realization of the transactions and creation of the additional agreements, monitoring pledged security and work with non-performing liabilities. 

The advantages of WebBank complex:

  • The banking products (settlement and cash operations, loans, deposits, plastic cards, insurance) are available via bank system in accordance with the deals system of ABS from the point of view of bank branches, regions, etc.;
  • The application might represent a package sale of main product and accompanying services (for example, the insurance agreement might be added to the security agreement of loan agreement);
  • Possibility of setting the arbitrary strategies of selling and servicing the products (graphical interface);
  • Possibility of using the multifactor strategies of sales for one product, taking into account the ranges of responsibilities on sums of application and other factors;
  • Possibility of setting the methodology of evaluation of the financial state of potential borrowing client;
  • Possibility of automation of level of risk estimations with the recalculation of its reidentification date;

«Client Application» System

Managing the full electronic legal client application by means of building the unified database of all clients of the bank. Integration with systems “Online applications”, “Integration with the Credit History Bureau”, “Calculation of the integral indicators of the client”, “Checks of Ministry of Internal Affairs”.

The system is implemented and put into commercial operation in 18 banks.

 

 «Online Applications» System

Securing the sale process of bank products in compliance with the set up sales strategies.  The system is integrated with the systems “Client Application”, “Bank Products”, “Front-End”, “Integration with the Credit History Bureau”, “Checks of Ministry of Internal Affairs”, “Integrator Bureau”.

The system is implemented and put into commercial operation in 6 banks.

 

«Bank Products» System

Bank product range setting based on templates and products of ABS SCROOGE.

The system is implemented and successfully solves tasks in 7 banks.

 

«Front-End» System

The Front-End system represents a web-interface to the key functionality of ABS SCROOGE providing service related to bank products of the client. This system also provides additional possibilities in the sphere of using the strategies of service for additional agreements, interface data representation from ABS, scan copies storage and other additional functional and interface possibilities.

From the point of view of security of data access and operations on agreements/accounts, the given system works in compliance with the access rights of ABS SCROOGE.

The system is implemented and put into commercial operation in 3 banks – PUMB, Megabank and Universal.

 

«Calculation of the integral indicators of the client» System

The system provides possibilities for setting own methodologies of financial state evaluation of the client, both as a potential borrower of an individual/legal entity and the existing borrower of legal entity in full compliance with Regulation of National Bank of Ukraine №23. The system also can be used for automation of the calculation of risk level of a client and for other goals. The system is integrated with the data from the systems “Client Application”, “Online Applications”.

The system is implemented and put into commercial operation in 8 banks.

 

«Integration with the Credit History Bureau» System

Client verification in the database of credit history bureau, such as FCBU, IBCH, UBCH. Additionally there is an option of providing the service of data export from ABS SCROOGE to a data bureau.

The system is implemented and put into commercial operation in 16 banks.

 

«Checks of Ministry of Internal Affairs» System

Online checks of the client passports in the database of the official service of Ministry of Internal Affairs.

The system is implemented and put into commercial operation in 3 banks.

 

«Pledged Property Monitoring» System

Managing the single register of pledged property of a bank. Realization of control functions of pledged property calendar checks, handling the reestimation, realization of control on insurance agreements and premiums input. Possibility of managing insurance cases.

The system is implemented and put into commercial operation in 4 banks – PUMB, Megabank, Industrialbank and ComInvestBank.

 

«Integrator Bureau» System

Unique system, which allows uniting in single interface access to realizing client checks via external sources, such as Piranja (local Ukrainian database), Info-service, as well as integration with such systems as “Integration with the Credit History Bureau”, “Checks of Ministry of Internal Affairs” and “Stop list”. Hence, when the bank is using the described 4 systems of WebBank complex, the system will provide a single interface for client data search in external data sources.

The system is implemented and put into commercial operation in 2 banks – PUMB and UkrGasBank.

 

«Collector Service»

Work with borrowers, having liabilities to the bank, in the mode of automatic notifications about events occurred. Individual work with troubled borrowers using the questionnaires, which can be set and customized by the bank to fit the required specifics. The system allows working with incidents on 7 different levels of interaction with a client and protocolling the actions of the system and a bank employee.

The system is in the process of implementation in 2 banks.
