ASVIO Bank Advances Digital Transformation with the Scrooge Platform
ASVIO Bank has completed the first phase of its technology modernization programme in partnership with Lime Systems, establishing a new foundation for the bank’s continued digital transformation.
The project included the migration to the Scrooge core banking platform together with the deployment of several integrated solutions, including the WebBank omnichannel front office, the Cash&Billing branch operations module, the iTiny digital banking platform for corporate customers, and the securities management module.
The new technology environment streamlines operations across retail and corporate banking, treasury, accounting, and other core business functions. By standardizing operational processes and introducing a flexible access and authorization framework, the platform helps reduce operational risk while improving efficiency across the organization.
Despite the challenges facing the financial sector, we have remained committed to our long-term development strategy. Modernizing our technology landscape is an investment in the bank’s future resilience and growth. We selected Lime Systems as our strategic technology partner because the project required both a comprehensive banking platform and the ability to deliver within an exceptionally ambitious timeframe. The migration was completed in just three months, providing a stable technology foundation for the next stages of our transformation.
The next phase of the programme will extend the platform with additional capabilities, including a card management back office with integrated financial authorization, acquiring services, and further automation of internal banking operations to support future digital financial services.
This project brought together two highly committed teams working toward a common objective. The successful completion of the first phase demonstrates not only the capabilities of the platform but also the importance of close collaboration between the bank’s business and technology teams and our implementation specialists.
