ASVIO Bank Continues Technology Modernization with Scrooge Platform Expansion

ASVIO Bank and Lime Systems have completed another phase of the bank’s ongoing technology modernization program, extending the capabilities of the Scrooge platform across card management, payments, and operational processes.
Delivered between February and October 2023, this phase focused on strengthening the bank’s technology infrastructure, supporting new business initiatives, and reducing operational risks through greater automation and system integration.
The implementation introduced several new capabilities, including support for configurable recurring payments, allowing customers to automate routine financial transactions.
The project also expanded the bank’s card processing infrastructure through the deployment of the Scrooge Card System and the CTS financial authorization system. Together, these solutions support real-time card operations, centralized balance management, and integration with customer onboarding and product sales channels.
In addition, ASVIO Bank implemented the Scrooge Back End card management environment, providing operational tools for card portfolio administration, limit management, and account servicing within a unified platform.
Another component of the project was the introduction of a card lifecycle management module, enabling end-to-end tracking of physical cards and PIN mailers from issuance and inventory management through customer delivery or secure disposal.
The successful completion of this phase confirms the importance of choosing the right long-term technology partner. For ASVIO Bank, it creates opportunities to develop new business areas, reduce operational risks, and strengthen our competitive position. For our customers, it means access to modern financial services that continue to evolve alongside their expectations. In today’s environment, technological maturity is inseparable from sustainable growth, and we see this transformation as an important part of the bank’s future development.
ASVIO Bank and Lime Systems will continue their collaboration as part of the bank’s broader digital transformation strategy, with further service enhancements planned in the coming stages of the program.
