Lime Systems Hosts a Seminar on Business Management Automation in Banking

On 17 April 2019, Lime Systems held a seminar entitled “Theory and Practice of Business Management Automation in Banking. Practical Implementation of an Information and Analytics System Using Scrooge Analytics.”

During the seminar, the company presented its integrated Scrooge Analytics information and analytics platform, designed to support management accounting as well as automate planning, budgeting, and other business management processes in banks.

Representatives of banks already using Scrooge Analytics shared their practical experience and discussed the system’s role in supporting day-to-day management processes.

The seminar programme also covered theoretical aspects of business management automation in banking, including:

  • transfer pricing;
  • allocation methodologies;
  • tactical planning;
  • budgeting.

A panel discussion was held on the automation of management accounting and business planning within financial institutions, providing participants with an opportunity to exchange practical experience and discuss current approaches used by banks.

The seminar brought together banking professionals interested in the practical application of management accounting and analytical systems within the financial sector.
