Secure Service: iTiny Internet Banking Successfully Passes Penetration Testing

The security of Lime Systems software products, particularly those based on internet technologies, is an essential part of providing reliable services to customers. Protecting web applications against external attacks helps ensure a secure internet banking environment and safeguards the exchange of financial information.

To assess the security of iTiny Internet Banking, Lime Systems commissioned penetration testing by QATestLab. The assessment was conducted in accordance with the OWASP Top 10 (2013) methodology, covering the most common critical vulnerabilities in web applications.

The following tools were used during the testing process: Acunetix Web Vulnerability Scanner, Vega, OWASP Zed Attack Proxy, Modify Headers for Firefox, BackTrack 5 (Linux), Metasploit Framework, Armitage, Skipfish, Havij, Nikto2, Wikto, W3AF, SQLmap, Fiddler, SSLStrip, Nessus, and RatProxy.

The results demonstrated a strong level of protection for the server-side components of iTiny Internet Banking. No vulnerabilities capable of compromising the system were identified.

The assessment confirmed the high level of protection provided by iTiny against external threats and the overall security of Lime Systems software solutions.
