monobank: Banking Automation by Lime Systems

As a long-standing technology partner of Universal Bank, Lime Systems supports the implementation of new banking projects within the institution.

In October 2017, as part of the monobank launch, Lime Systems integrated the Scrooge core banking system and the WebBank Single Customer platform with the bank’s card processing environment.

The integration enabled Universal Bank to process and record transactions made with monobank cards, prepare regulatory reports for the National Bank of Ukraine, and comply with customer identification requirements.

A tailored technical solution developed for the project provided the system performance required to support monobank credit cards, online deposits, and card installment services.

monobank is Ukraine’s first mobile bank. Customers manage their financial services through a smartphone, including opening accounts, receiving statements, and contacting customer support. A payment card is issued for purchases and other financial transactions, with Universal Bank acting as the card issuer.
